When she’s not doting over 

her client’s fur babies, you can find her volunteering with Spark Rescue of Santa Barbara. She cares deeply for the welfare of animals and has spent endless hours rescuing, fostering, and fundraising for animals in need. 

Tracy owns two chatty Siamese cats that she adopted after being their foster mom and lovingly refers to them as her “Foster Failures”. Tracy continues to provide experienced and trusted service to clients and their pets. She’s thrilled to be a partner in Santa Barbara Pet Sitters with Sunny!

Meet Sunny!

Sunny is Co-Owner at Santa Barbara Pet Sitters. After owning another pet care business for 10+ successful years, she decided to grow into a partnership Pet Sitting business. Sunny decided to start up SBPS with Tracy, her long time friend. Together they've created the most trusted pet care company around!

Meet Elvira!

Elvira grew up in Mexico loving, playing and taking care of dogs. She also loves hamsters, turtles, cats, birds, fish and of course any other little critters. Elvira is a proud Mom of 2 sweet dogs, Chela and Coki.

Elvira is sweet and loveable and is our main person of contact at SBPS. We look forward to you meeting her!

Hi, I'm Briana and I have 20 years of animal care experience, working as a groomer and a Veterinary Assistant at VCA Animal Hospitals. I currently work for Spark Rescue where I help rescue abused and neglected dogs/cats and help them find their furever homes. I graduated from Santa Barbara Business College with a degree in Criminal Justice, but my true passion is saving all animals and giving them a second chance at a good life. I'm a mom of four wonderful children and two sweet pit bulls, Bella and Kylo. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach/mountains, hiking, singing, dancing, writing poetry and volunteering at local animal shelters.

Meet Alex! Alex is a Santa Barbara local who loves all of her furry, feathered and scaly friends. Alex has grown up with her own pets, fostering and working in veterinary medicine. But one of her passions has always been caring for animals. When she watches your pet, she’ll love them like her own! Alex has one feisty chihuahua and three snuggly cats. When she’s not loving on a pup or scratching a cat, she is a wedding photographer! She loves capturing special moments and loves it even more when a dog is the flower girl!

Meet Nadia Joy! California girl and pasta enthusiast! Nadia enjoys studying emotional health and is an aspiring songwriter/movie score producer. In her spare time she enjoys teaching music to children/ young adults, and writing stories about strangers. She has grown up with various animals for most of her life, and ran her own pet care business for several years. Her spirit animal is Russell from Disney’s movie “UP” and the best way to her heart is through ice cream and pictures of dogs in pajamas. She stands by the phrase “be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.” 

Meet Sigal!

Sigal came to Santa Barbara to study Zoology at UCSB in 2021. In her free time, she loves reading, cooking, doing art, and enjoying the natural beauty of Santa Barbara. She is also currently running a behavioral research study in her lab at UCSB. While her academic endeavors are focused on marine animals, she is an avid animal lover in general (especially dogs). She has grown up with dogs her whole life, so she yearns to fill that caretaker role as much as she can. She can’t wait to meet your beautiful pets and become the trusted caretaker you deserve while you’re away.

Chelsea was born and raised in Switzerland and now loves to hike and explore the beautiful places Santa Barbara county has to offer, especially when accompanied by a lovely dog. She works at UCSB in an ecology lab and enjoys all things outdoors. Chelsea grew up with two cats, two canaries, and a tortoise! While currently a hamster mom, she’s eagerly anticipating a living situation that allows for her own dogs, cats, chickens and more. As an experienced babysitter she has been responsible for many young ones and pets around town.  As you can tell, she loves animals and is always happy to take care of your furry, feathery, (or scaly!) loved ones when needed

 Meet Christina!

 I am recently retired from a 20 year career working with families who have children birth to three with disabilities. I have always considered it a tremendous  honor to be welcomed into people’s  homes and lives and I will carry that sense of honor into my work with your family. I was raised in Santa Barbara and raised in a home that was never without a fur baby or two. I’ve carried that passion for dogs and cats into my adult life and have myself never been without fur babies. I live in the Riviera and walk my three dogs daily with my husband. We all love our walks and I feel happy when I see content, snoozy pups after a good long walk. I ran agility with a previous Sheltie and have a good sense for dog handling in public spaces as well as around other dogs. Walking in the Riviera, you must remain vigilant and maintain good control of your dog. I will bring that experience to my work with your fur baby. I’m excited to join Santa Barbara Pet Sitters and have the opportunity to do something I love in my retirement!

Meet Angela, our wonderful Pet Sitter! ! She is a retired Santa Barbara resident that grew up with pets of all sizes. Her passion for animals has brought her to Santa Barbara Pet Sitters to play, love, and walk your fur babies while you’re on vacation, at work or just having fun.

Meet Katie! Currently a Vet Assistant , Katie has a passion for helping owners take the best care of their animals. In her spare time, she likes to hike, read, snow ski and run marathons all with the company of her dog Gabe.

Katie is a very loyal person and has extensive knowledge on pet health.

She is a huge asset to SB Pet Sitters and looks forward to spoiling your pets!

Meet Brooke Lyn L. Always a New Yorker at heart, but officially a Santa Barbara girl, and forever an animal lover. 

Animals have always been her happy place, but it was when she was 13 that she began working for her neighbor as a vetenarians assistant. Her career working with animals continued to grow as she grew. Now, nearly two decades later, there’s nothing she feels she can’t do… except feed a mouse to a snake.

When she’s not traveling the world or making animals happy, she’s on stage doing stand up comedy making people laugh. 

She’s excited to be a part of the team and to continue to do more of what she loves!

My name is Bailey Van Dusen. I’m a full time animal lover, who grew up in a house with people being outnumbered by dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and cows. I have carried my passion for animals through my childhood and into my young adulthood in which I have had the amazing opportunity of caring for people’s pets for just over a year now. When I’m not pet sitting, I spend the majority of my free time dedicated to my studies at the University of California Santa Barbara as a Global Studies major, at the beach, long distance running or in the gym. I have always felt an immense sense of gratitude to be trusted with peoples fur babies and will continue to try my best to bring the highest level of care that all animals & their owners deserve!

Meet Cassie!

 Cassie is a Northern California native. She moved to Santa Barbara to attend college and has since adopted this city as her hometown.

She’s been an animal lover since before she could walk. She was lucky to have parents that encouraged her interests early on. Over the years she’s cared for pet dogs, cats, snakes and a lizard name Million.

She’s always had a passion to work with animals. Within the last year she has been spending her free time as a foster for Spark Rescue. Her favorite part is giving her fosters a safe and loving home until they find the perfect forever family.

You can trust that she will care for your pets as if they are her own. She is excited to help by caring for your pets while you are away.

Meet Susan!

Susan lived her teenage years in Singapore and Malaysia where she developed her love of animals. Surrounded by dogs including a Great Dane, cats , rabbits and parakeets. Most recently shes been enjoying cat sitting with SB Petsitters. 

Meet Cris!

One of our strongest team members! Cris spends her days walking our big dogs (and might little ones) but when she's not loving on your pets she is kicking butt coaching cross fit.

A Native to Brazil, Cris has fallen in love with Santa Barbara and has resided here for more 15 years,

Cris loves exercising and keeping your pets in good shape and healthy!

Hilary is originally from NY and most recently from LA where she worked as a freelance photographer before becoming a fulltime pet sitter.  She has raised 7 dogs from 8 weeks old and is now blessed with a new pup. She trained, loved and cared for them all when they got old so she is familiar with sick dogs as well as young virile pups. Hilary is loving Santa Barbara for all its beauty and the wonderful beaches and hiking trails there are to enjoy with her clients’ dogs. When Hilary is not wrangling dogs, you can find her with her partner, hiking, taking long walks, listening to music, and cooking. 

Abbey is a Santa Barbara native who comes from a long line of animal lovers! Her grandparents were known on the eastside for taking in stray animals and finding them a home. Abbey is keeping up this tradition from the same house on the eastside and works with volunteers from ASAP to get stray kittens fixed and adopted. Abbey owns a very sweet, senior chihuahua named Sophie who enjoys long strolls on State St and walks to Santa Barbara Jr High School to roll in the grass. When Abbey is not spending time with Sophie and her eastside kittens, you can find her at the Club & Guest House at UCSB as the Financial Manager
